I came for work, I work at a high school and we happen to be taking the kids to a play at the Hale Center theatre right next door. We came around 9:45 am and nothing was open except Ihop and cracker barrel. I would have went to cracker barrel but none of the kids went there so I went to Ihop. The food was decent, I got one of their $7 specials which was the bacon cheddar hash or something like that. It was hash browns with cheddar cheese, an over medium egg, bacon, and hollandaise sauce. It was tasty, although the fruit that came with was ok. The honeydew wasn't ripe enough but the meal overall was pretty good. The waitress was very nice, and between her and the decent food I gave 3 stars instead of 2. I'm the first one to review not surprisingly but if there's nothing better for breakfast, I guess you can come here.

This place is terrible. Only positive: we were seated quickly despite it being a Saturday morning and a fairly busy one at that. That being said the table we were sat at was sticky and gross. The advertisement on the table was smeared with what looked like gobs of hardened chocolate. The syrup dispenser was equally disgusting. The food was not bad and promptly brought out, however I turned down a side of avocado I ordered because it was grey and black. The coffee was bitter and we never got a refill, not even for our water. When it came time to pay our waitress disappeared and after about 20 minutes of waiting we went to the cashier and waited around some more. It was pretty chaotic as the seating area for patrons waiting for a table and the cashier stand are in the same place and a crowd of people was quickly forming with no one to attend them for several minutes. It was gross, chaotic, loud and sticky. Not coming back.

0 stars. Why do I come here? I hate it every time. Horrible service, cold hashbrowns, bad eggs. Asked for more coffee and never got it. I give up.

The restaurant is becoming a little rundown but is still in good repair. Staff is not as attentive as they use to be which is disappointing. They do seem to stay busy. Quoted time for a take out order is not very accurate. The manager did jump in and help when it started to back up. Food was hot when it came out and order was correct.

Had a nice time here. Food was good, wait staff was polite, quick and helpful. The negative reviews on here are not representative, my visit was great.

We waited 30 minutes for water. There were only 2 other tables seated. After 45 minutes I still didn't have the coffee I ordered- the gods alone know how long we would have waited for food. We walked out.

moved here from out of state recently.same building as my old ihop but different in service and portions......been here several times......always slow service and out of this n that.......seems like managers should be replaced and everybody retrained....soup only 1/2 bowl and cold......food portions less than other ihop maybe since 7 other restaurants next door theyre not making much money and the franchise owner is cutting costs not sure

This was a very unpleasant experience that was drawn out far too long with periods of waiting and waiting and waiting. The staff was arguing and yelling in the kitchen and the food that was brought out was very cold and just plain awful. The hash-browns were very nearly uncooked when I had asked for extra-crispy. We had to ask for more coffee over and over and over from multiple servers before it finally showed up. Is it just me or did IHOP used to be good?
